Privacy policy

Draft. This policy is being finalised with our advisers before public launch. The principles below describe how Finqo operates today. Last updated [date].

1. Who we are

Finqo Ltd (Company No. 17149061), registered in England & Wales at H9 Charles House, Bridge Road, Southall UB2 4BD, is the data controller for the information you provide. You can contact us about privacy at support@finqo.co.uk.

2. What we collect

Account data — your name, email and business details. Service data — the information you enter to run your invoicing (customers, invoices, payments, documents). Technical data — basic logs and device/usage information needed to run and secure the service.

3. Why we use it (lawful bases)

To provide Finqo Invoice and support you (performance of our contract with you); to keep the service secure and improve it (our legitimate interests); and to meet our legal and tax obligations (legal obligation). We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

4. Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run Finqo (for example hosting, email delivery and error monitoring). They process data only on our instructions and under contract. A current list of providers is available on request at [sub-processor list to be published before launch]. We may also disclose data where required by law.

5. Where it’s stored

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest and hosted with a reputable cloud provider in the UK/EU. Where any provider is outside the UK/EU, we put appropriate safeguards in place.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as you have an account, and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and tax requirements. You can ask us to delete data we’re not required to keep.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict certain uses. Email support@finqo.co.uk and a real person will help. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Security & cookies

We protect your data with industry-standard security — see our security page. For how we use cookies, see our cookies page.

9. Changes & contact

We’ll update this policy as Finqo grows and post the current version here. Questions? support@finqo.co.uk.
