Terms of service

Draft. These terms are being finalised with our advisers before public launch. The principles below describe how Finqo operates today. Last updated [date].

1. About these terms

Finqo Invoice is provided by Finqo Ltd (Company No. 17149061), registered in England & Wales at H9 Charles House, Bridge Road, Southall UB2 4BD (“Finqo”, “we”, “us”). By using Finqo Invoice you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Finqo Invoice helps you create, send and track invoices. You’re responsible for the accuracy of what you invoice and for meeting your own tax, accounting and legal obligations. Finqo is invoicing software — it is not accounting, tax or legal advice.

3. Your account

Keep your login details secure and let us know promptly of any unauthorised use. You must use Finqo lawfully and not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service.

4. Your data

Your data is yours. You can export it and cancel at any time. We handle it as described in our privacy policy.

5. Pricing, renewal & cancellation

Pricing is shown on our pricing page. Finqo Invoice is an annual plan with no contract — it only renews if you choose to continue, and you can cancel at any time. We’ll give fair notice of any future price change, and existing customers hear first.

6. Availability & liability

We work hard to keep Finqo available, reliable and backed up, but to the extent permitted by law the service is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UK law that cannot be excluded.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using Finqo and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached. On cancellation you can export your data within a reasonable period.

8. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Questions? support@finqo.co.uk.
